Invoice Auto-Filler saves UGC creators and freelancers from retyping bank details into every invoice a brand sends. Save your details once — bank account, IFSC, UPI, PAN, GSTIN, address — then upload the brand's .docx or PDF invoice. The tool fills {{placeholders}}, “Label: ____” blanks, empty table cells and PDF form fields, shows you a preview, and gives you the filled file back. Nothing is uploaded — it all happens in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
Is my invoice or bank information uploaded anywhere?
No. The document is opened and filled entirely in your browser with JavaScript, and your saved details live only in your browser's local storage. Nothing ever reaches a server.
What can it fill in a Word document?
Three patterns: placeholders like {{name}}, {{upi}} or [Account Number]; labels followed by blanks like “Bank Name: ______”; and invoice-style tables where a label cell (e.g. “IFSC Code”) is followed by an empty cell.
What about PDFs?
If the PDF has fillable form fields, they're detected, matched to your saved details, and filled — with an option to flatten the result so values can't be changed. If a PDF has no form fields there's nothing to fill into; ask for the .docx version or use our PDF Editor to place text manually.
Does it change my document's formatting?
Filling preserves the document's structure and styling. In rare cases where a placeholder is split across differently-formatted characters, that one line is normalised to a single style — the preview shows you exactly what you'll download.
Can I use it for contracts and collab agreements, not just invoices?
Yes — it works on any .docx or fillable PDF. Anywhere your name, address, PAN or payment details belong, the same placeholder and label matching applies.
