PDF Editor — Fill & Annotate

PDF Editor lets you fill and annotate any PDF without installing software. Click to add text in the size and color you need, drag whiteout boxes to cover content, highlight passages, and drop ✓ or ✗ marks — perfect for filling out forms and marking up documents. Every page is rendered right in your browser and the edited PDF is rebuilt locally, so your file is never uploaded.

To edit a PDF, open it here and use the Text, Whiteout, Highlight and Check tools to place annotations on top of the pages, then download the edited file. It overlays new content — it doesn't rewrite the existing text — and everything runs in your browser, so your document is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Can it edit the PDF's existing text?

No — this editor overlays new content on top of the page rather than rewriting what's already there. To replace existing text, cover it with a Whiteout box and place new Text over it, which is how most PDF fillers work.

Can I fill out a form with it?

Yes. Click the Text tool and place answers directly over the form's fields and lines, and use the Check tool to tick boxes with a ✓ or ✗. It works on any PDF, even ones without interactive form fields.

Is my document uploaded?

No. The PDF is rendered, annotated and rebuilt entirely in your browser — it never leaves your device.
